...t Lemontree. It expects staff honesty & loyalty where as it never shows its own. I worked for 3 years with no salary hikes and promotion even though you have big achievements. Politics & favouritism is at a peak at Lemontree. No place for hard working staff. Available place for those who pleases their managers instead guests. You should be a buddy to a godfather to get promoted &get protected for example Srinivas kadadi, General manager at Lemontree Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Had a very horrible experience working with him.

Of course we are professionals. It’s our culture not to abuse someone. I have mentioned in the above column.

All are dislikes. I worked for more than 1.5 years no appraisal no increment no salary increase on leaving the company they increased the pay. Salary very very low as compared to other lemon tree. Is you want to learn then join lemon tree only otherwise go through another

Lemon Tree Hotels always help in learning. We are associate but we know manager level work.

Dislikes

The thing that I only don't like it that is salary increment is too slow. Associates and supervisor are getting same salary, same new joinees and experienced person are getting same.

I like the work culture , where any one can directly go to higher management if you have any problems ( open door policy) . Work with sprited fun

...ou will have to come to hotel on time and just forget about the time of leaving. Getting leave without pay at the beginning of your career, not getting enough pay as per you work. JUST DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL TO START YOUR CAREER...
