...ng delayed salary payments every month and lack of promotion and salary hikes. Firstly, one of the most fundamental expectations any employee has is to receive their salary on time. Regrettably, that hasn't been the case at GoProtoz. over the past several months, I have encountered recurring delays in receiving my salary. This inconsistency in salary has caused considerable stress and financial strain, as I have bills and obligations that need to be met promptly. Furthermore, the absence of a salary hike compounds the disappointment. Despite exceeding performance expectations and contributing to the company's bottom line, my salary has remained stagnant for an extended period. the lack of recognition for my contributions and the failure to reward employees' efforts further dampens morale and loyalty to the company. In summary, my expectations at GoProtoz have been deeply unsatisfactory due to delayed salary, lack of promotions, and stagnant salary hikes. As an employee, I expected to be treated fairly and respectfully, but unfortunately, these issues significantly undetermined my trust in the company and its leadership. I would caution anyone considering employment with GoProtoz to carefully weigh these concerns and thoroughly research the company's track record on employee treatment before making a decision.

Good place to start your career one will be exposed to multiple products and can learn more if any employee feel that he/she should get a course for up-skilling themselves can approach the HR or CEO they ll help you getting that course

Company has a really flexible and cool work culture. Remote working, Good Package and supportive managers.

I don't think so there is any. I wish Goprotoz design studio become #1 Design Studio in India.
