COMPENSATION IS GOOD BUT BRAND PULL AND MARKETING ACTIVITY IS VERY POOR. DEPENDS ON PUSH SALE.NEED TO CHANGE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND GO FOR DD.

Nothing is good in working Goodyear Pls don't join Goodyear for spoiling your career. Poor management poor HR . Third class company with third class people .

...agement , poor human resource . Goodyear is worst company in my whole career. Pls guys pls be safe from this company don't go for any attractive salary package . This company will spoil you . I was lucky by chance but not everyone.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
