Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.There is no such pressure of work. You can work freely.They give bonus every year.

Dislikes

... not suppportive.Favoritism is done among employess. The Appraisals are average. Salary increment is decent but career growth is slow. The final grade given in appraisals are same among the few employess but salary hike will be different for each.
