Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.There is no such pressure of work. You can work freely.They give bonus every year.

Dislikes

The managment is not good. Seniors are not suppportive.Favoritism is done among employess. The Appraisals are average. Salary increment is decent but career growth is slow. The final grade given in appraisals are same among the few employess but salary hike will be different for each.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
