People hide thier incompetency behind the brand name. Power concentrated in the hands of a few egoistic people who think they know everything. You will often laugh inside looking at the circus around you. Poor work culture with no regards for employee welness or mental health. It's all about numbers. HR is almost non existent with little or no power. They are finding recruitment extremely difficult because people don't want to join because of the toxicity.

Everything. Very bad culture. No work life balance. 14 hours we work, flexible timing but we are made to report sharp at 10 and we are left by 11 in the night sometimes later than that, for your own PL’s we have to beg them, managers, just scroll Instagram and do time pass while talking rudely to others and talking badly with senior people also. No learning at all.

...es with its brand value which is created after years of Hardwork and dedication. Friendly employee policy, timely salary and benefits. Inclusivity, diversity no one can match it. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
