1). The built-up area of a premise is measured from the external perimeter wall surfaces. It is the carpet area plus the wall thickness along with other unusable areas within the apartment such as the dry balcony, terrace, flower beds, etc.

2). Saleable area is the total built up area of your flat with the area of common amenities you use. The built-up area includes a carpet area and the extra areas certified by the authorities, for instance, the area of the outer & inner walls, dry balcony area.

3). The carpet area is the distance between the inner walls. Common areas such as lift, lobby, etc. are not included under the carpet area.
