No support from top management means cluster, always on a tremendous pressure in everything, kind of threatening culture, so much of discrimination, even on your off day u have to be present for everything, they don’t care where you are what u r doing, even if u r middle of something u have to attend all meeting calls etc. people r so scared about top management that they will never open their mouth.

Top management doesn't bother about anything. They force people to do as per them and everytime employee gets threatened in the organisation. Cluster, HR have no idea what's happening in a particular place, A single Cluster Manager manages two Region and He puts pressure on the ground level employees they are least bothered and if you joining the company then make a habit of listing slangs all the day. Very poor management. A so called cluster from Bengaluru looks Chhapri but he instructs about grooming and SOP of the company..
