Nothing I liked here,only disappointment and frustration and stress are face. the management team and hr is so irresponsible to the employees that here, there is no respect for the employees. I don't know y, but we had to do night shift every week and working 12hrs without expecting any kind of over time payment, there is no incentives here after achieving targets. Mainly I had worked here for 1.6 year but still I have not received my offer letter nor I got my experience letter or relieving letter after requesting and begging in messaging saniya hr for the experience letter but till now I have not got. The worst part is the hr lies to their employees that she will send soon but there is never any mail has come till now. The best part is in nature's basket is of u want to learn anything u have to learn by yourself there is no training or any trainer for the product knowledge, no support for any system as the assistant manager never teaches any system skills and expects to make the work soon, without any basic knowledge of the company or system. The every staff who ever has comes to work with full energy but never lets them to grow and only discourages. This is the reason no staff is stable here. The worst store I have ever felt is the sadashivanagar, bangalore nature's basket branch has 100 percent partially for the men and women where men are made to work 3 times more the women and still lose the amount by cutting ✂️ all the shortages from the male staff where in female staffs gets extra money 🤑 of 1.5 thousand every month after doing work only limited time every month. Hard work and less payment for men staff. Soft work and more salery for female staff. The senior dm and assistant dm both steal money from the store pity cash and enjoy for their personal. And makes it shortage for the male staff. The worst part is the shift timing, I was in a 2nd shift where in me and all the 2nd shift had to come at 2hrs early or sometimes at morning 9 for the shift and go at 12at night. There is only disappointment 😞😞 which I have mentioned in the likes columns. Very bad people are here. U work for soo many year with full honest and u get nothing when ur leaving. They don't give ful and final settlement also. 😭

Nature basket company is like work pressure job but it's good experience in my life ☺️

The job is quite interesting I struggle a bit in the beginning .I learnt everything on the job .I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that halped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
