Lot of internal politics and favouritsm. Low compensation compared to other IT company. Management and team leaders does not have a skills to guide team and not ready to understand practical challenges face by a team member.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Salary and compensation No WFH Hr policies are outdated No canteen No food coupon. They hire employee with less salary (mostly freshers) And expect them to do projects and have expectations that they know everything. Half day policy is horrible

No one day of work from home No shift allowance Huge cutting in salary Never trust on hrs 9 hours strict policy if you get late for 5 mins the half day will be there they not provide any transport facility

- Salary should be revised to match other competitive companies. - Needs to adapt to newer technologies.
