Everything is really good about this organisation except salary. compair to current market and other organisations employee salary is the only sector where company should think. Salary should be as per market standards.

Salary and compensation No WFH Hr policies are outdated No canteen No food coupon. They hire employee with less salary (mostly freshers) And expect them to do projects and have expectations that they know everything. Half day policy is horrible

No one day of work from home No shift allowance Huge cutting in salary Never trust on hrs 9 hours strict policy if you get late for 5 mins the half day will be there they not provide any transport facility
