Absolutely no job security & management unfair.. expects u to b a gate keeper, housekeeping incharge, quality executive, production manager, accounts executive, dispatch incharge, store keeper etc. Etc.

Goblin M.D. is a sensible and intelligent personal. He understands the situations. He gives opportunities to workers to grow and develop skills. I feel proud to be the first staff member of this reputed company.

Dislikes

Working hours sometimes exceeds to 14-18. As I was plant head my working hours include night checks in plant. Sometimes my work was not appreciated as it should be.
