Promotions and salary increases are minimal, and during emergencies, instead of offering help, they often reduce salaries. There is little to no support system in place for employees, and even basic facilities like a proper washroom are lacking. This makes the work environment difficult and shows a lack of consideration for employee well-being

Not having sense how to talk with staff specially CLM. IF U R IN RESIGNATION HARASSED BY THE CLM. TAKING A REVENGE TO GIVE A WRONG FEEDBACK TO ANoTHER COMPANY BY CLM.
