Its is a very good place to work anf learn many things ,like wise to other corporate its totally different atmosphere its about proper and correct work there is no chance for mistakes.

there is no career growth in position , there is no much expectation in salary growth for 1 or 2 years when you join gmr.

the company give the job training and also conduct the exams and if have an experience we go to other airport jobs and airlines also

...d pressure and increments is very less and low salary compare to other airports.this airport gives to package 2.0 per annum and food coupons and transport facility but other airports give package minimum package 3.5 to 3.8 per annum and gives other benifits .like food coupons,transport facility and increments etc

Not a single point everything is a bad no proper salary benefits….. no useful to life future same positions same salary nothing will change if we will do here………… lot about negative things here
