...ou feel when you join right at start. But what lacks most is exactly that only. Salary payment at the mentioned day - apart from the rest of the torture, the salary paid here happens at the right time and day.

Very poor job security - company asks to deliver above average performance every week that doesn't concern even the salary paid for it. You might be considered to be thrown out any day depending on your performance, you might be asked to deliver improvised performance if not you will be shifted or terminated. Poor company culture - Nobody matters any concern at all. Everyone is little to none bothered here about anyone. Company looks for standard in employees which is something I totally regret since joining there and the sole reason to leave.

They will not increase the salary after giving best performance till 2 years too salary is totally not acceptable and it looks like shift scheuldule is not proper always night shifts

Company tries different ways to keep you entertained. Many activities will be conducted

You will die working from here. Hectic night shift Poor salary package This is the worst company I have ever worked. New hiring will happen and within months new employee are leaving

They don't have salary structure, experience people are paid less and freshers are paid more. They don't look for other skills in employee only good english speaking is enough for them.

Dislikes

Hr are desparate to appoint people without checking their past background and experience, customer service experience from retail industry is not considered as experience over there. People with zero experience are paid more if their english is good. Quality in people lacks over there specially in mangalore.

Free cab facility and food coupon even though it is deducted from our salary. Can learn lot.

Dislikes

Poor night shift allowance and salary, no job security everytime we have to work under pressure. Feels hectic sometimes.
