Nothing at all. It was some job security you feel when you join right at start. But what lacks most is exactly that only. Salary payment at the mentioned day - apart from the rest of the torture, the salary paid here happens at the right time and day.

Dislikes

Very poor job security - company asks to deliver above average performance every week that doesn't concern even the salary paid for it. You might be considered to be thrown out any day depending on your performance, you might be asked to deliver improvised performance if not you will be shifted or terminated. Poor company culture - Nobody matters any concern at all. Everyone is little to none bothered here about anyone.
