Overall experience was average in this organisation, Only good thing is whatever the CTC they offer you will get it without any variables

Monthly salary always delay in this organisation, you will have to get approval from client manager on your time sheet then only your salary will be credited. So it’s like you work whole month and then plead to your client manager to approve the timesheet for salary.

The company is Good.i was deployed at client's location.The company provide all the facility like medical insurance,PF etc.Mostly they hire for the client.

They provide less salary/appraisal.There is no learning environment.

...is company last 2+ years but no appraisal & no performance review by HR Team. 3. As per GT policy salary disbursement period 7th to 10th every month. But every month salary would be credited in employee account 10th every month. 4. Didn't provide any type of skills & certificate. 5. Not a single meeting with HR in my working period. 6. Worst Company & Worst team member.

There's no proper support and respect for employees they won't respond for employees issues.

They don't offer proper package and there is no proper skill development program done and moreover there's is no appraisal given as per standards.

They provide me a medical insurance and this is the only thing i like.

They don't aware about increament and appraisal of an employee. Salary timing not fixed you can receive the same between 1st of every month to 12th of every month. Explained salary deduction. Etc etc.
