... supportive. There is small cafeterian and there is no arrangement for chilling. Company policies are completely wort and they are people are not giving good salary hike and I was working with Globiva till 1 year but I didn't get appaisal...

...nd management doesn't address our issues because they also doing the same thing. Salary is not decent and no growth is there. Worst company and worst expirence.

Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.

Once you are passed the Versant test, you are half qualified. Quite easy to get a job. You can learn some basic details of BPO

...g, they said it's 9.5 hours which is a lie. They have issue with payment system. There are so many pending salary. They can terminate you any time. The process is this company is not stable. Ola, Blinkt, Swiggy , zomato, all came and gone. Think twice before joining.

You have to work on a national holiday compoff dosent gets generated managers be like its a business requirment you have to work on your weekends if you wont be present strict action will be taken against you they be like we can give you warning letters when ever they think if anyone .

...yees to resign anytime. Less career growth, no opportunity to acquire knowledge. Sometimes you won't get your salary on time. If you raise any question, they will start treating you as enemy.
