You have to work on a national holiday compoff dosent gets generated managers be like its a business requirment you have to work on your weekends if you wont be present strict action will be taken against you they be like we can give you warning letters when ever they think if anyone .

Team leaders are very unprofessional and rude. Salary is very less. Policies are worst. you will get week offs instead of leave according to their so call policies.
