• No Learning & Professional Development • Low salary • Desktop work, even for HR Profile • Restrictions in Desktop • The office starts at 9:30 am, there is 15 mins buffer time i.e., 9:45 am. If you get late by 9:45, they'll mark you absent. • No office parties, fest celebrations, only public holidays are off • Through IJP, they give promotions to Customer Support executive Profile to HR Profile.

... managers used to handout with us, dance, team lunch and everything was perfect. but I had to leave because of salary, but If i get a chance to join Globiva back, I would love to, yes with increased salary

Offer good salary package. But this is the trap of this company to catch an employee and after that they behave with them like a slave.

Worst experience. It is a very bad choice to start a career with. They forced their employees to give resignation during this pandemic situation. Management is terrible. Negative environment to work in. The supervisors are partial towards some selective employees.

Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.
