If you get late by 9:45, they'll mark you absent. • No office parties, fest celebrations, only public holidays are off • Through IJP, they give promotions to Customer Support executive Profile to HR Profile.

... managers used to handout with us, dance, team lunch and everything was perfect. but I had to leave because of salary, but If i get a chance to join Globiva back, I would love to, yes with increased salary

work place is nice and the food and the amenities but not people or the jobs they provide is actually good or reliable.

...hey will throw you out of the company regarding so many reasons that irrelevant. No job security not at all as promised during induction, so many loopholes to deduct salary. I thought this is a career building company but they just hire for their needs and after achieving their goals they eill find reasons to fire you.
