...ing same task. They will only listen to clients and work as a contractor/vendor. No new project, no appreciation, no appraisal, no salary revision. They are struggling with internal politics so employees has to survive and will lose enthusiasm of doing work.

Good development projects, Pay scale is good, fixed pay. Nice office. Hybrid working model.

Dislikes

Hike got delayed by from 2 financial cycle. Internal politics can be seen among highly experienced employee in company. EY and HSBC account can make your work life balance hell.

Small projects. Management will try their best to allign you to new projects, but due to cost cutting and current market situation not many options available, so you can not feel safe. No increments this year to avoid layoffs.

Salary Compassion and Benefits, and working with teams. They did not have projects where only 1 or 2 people are working.

After release from a project if you are on the bench actual politics has started. If you previously connected with your studio leader you get multiple opportunities otherwise after 3-4 months on the bench your studio leader is connected and says that I was representing your resume but its rejected by the client and today is your last working day

Immature Leadership Leadership is afraid of Clients Engineers are working day and night Leadership and Managers bend in front of client and don't trust their own employees They fire engineers like their daily Job They Trust Clients over their own Engineers
