Job security. I have sent my resignation on May 10th, got call from HR on around May 16th about my new project interview. I haven’t got any communication from my Project manager regarding my exit from the project. Then I asked HR to cross check one more time. She came up with the same and then I told her that I have already resigned and looking for Abroad opportunities as I have valid H1 outside Globallogic. Then I had a one on one discussion with another HR and he confirmed me that fresh H1 outside Globallogic can’t be transferred. Then I was left with two options: 1) To take the papers back 2) Leave immediately (without serving 90days) I have chose the second option as left organisation on Jun2nd 2023. As per policy I should be getting basic pay for the remaining 66 days. Initially, they tried to convince me that I will not be getting anything as my case is not a Termination nor failed in BGV. Then I checked the confluence for exit policies and it was clearly mentioned that when the exit initiative comes from company, employee should be paid basic pay for the remaining notice shortfall. Then I have to share that info to the HR. Also I have to take this matter to my senior director then they finally agreed for 66 days basic pay. This kind of exit I didn’t expected after serving the company for 3 and half years. Except this, I haven’t faced any issue with this company.

Work life balance and variable pay structure Even though company promises you a certain CTC of x amount, 10% of this x will be considered as a variable pay and your in hand salary would be less compared what is in the CT.

Over aggressive nature of organization that does not respect work life balance of associate. Lot of manual operational process that take huge bandwidth. You are expected to with 2.5 times a normal PM in any other organisation.

I like the way they are supporting us in pandemic. Because of pandemic i couldn't able to work for 2 months, but company has given me salary ro lead my life in difficult time, where every single rupee is important for us. Even when I am started working, company has taken few programs through meets, and motivated us. Also am thankful to every lead who guided me well. Am proud to be working with GLOBALLOGJIC TECHNOLOGIES LTD

It's a great platform to work with balancing life.But only thing which demotivates us is salary which is very low as compare to other organisations.
