One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

Salary is very low but you get on time, they provide you cab and food.

Dislikes

Everything, there is no work culture. You won’t get any promotions u just need to work like robots for 8hours, salary is very low no hike even after working for years. People in the higher management are very cheap and lot of politicians goes on. I feel they have to start doing there mba because there is a subject called organisation behaviour and the thing they teach about how organisations should not that how global logic is. Every poor behaviour towards employees not at all professional.

Amazing Company, Young people healthy environment where you can experience ,Full job security if you perform well and maintain your rating near around 3.5 or plus, They give you expensive gifts eg. Smartwatch or sound Bluetooth speaker etc.

Dislikes

The salary hike is quite low here.
