They hire at good salary then will stall your growth for years. Promotion will be delayed giving different reasons and will bring you to same average salary level as per experience.

Current new HR policies are not at all employee friendly. 1) Increased notice period to 90 days 2) No leaves enchashments 3) 3 days work from office mandate 4) Cutting budgets everywhere from gifts to rewards.
