Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

Everyone is friendly.leads and hr both are very supportive.and no work pressure.

Very less salary given and no promotion no appraisal. Appraisal was 100rs hahaaaa....and no career growth.even u give 6 years in the gl.

Salary in hand is really low u can expect as a fresher salary around 12500 (in-hand). nothing to learn here. Skill development is not good here.

no salary growth means yearly the avg they increase per person 200-300 and promotions are giving only political wise who is near to them they will get. one year work is good this company.
