Bad work life balance, legacy projects, No Hike, No promotions. Toxic work culture that will lead to burnout and no feedback for improvement. Only work and work.

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.
