Job security is 100% here even if you are on bench you'll get 70% of your salary, ethics are very nice, prohibitions as well on topics regarding religion, caste, politics, it's a great atmosphere here everyone contributing to a positive environment, You receive salary on ist day of every month. Awesome place to work!

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No wfh, no appreciatipn for efforts. No growth in ctc. Very Stingy management which doesnt care about employee satisfaction. Only worried about revenue and the head of HR is not keeping up his words at all.
