They don't give Appraisal to anyone unless the employee is extremely good at his/her work. Job security is very low in this company. Your employment is terminated anytime even if you complete the task which is assigned to you.

The work culture is excellent. If you really work hard and prove your worth, seniors here will love you and teach you and make you better and make your potentially more worth to access and be a better employee throughout. People here are like family and helpful.

Job security is a bit low here because if the company does bad, they need to restructure and that might take away your job. Other than that there isn't anything else

Excellent learning experience for inexperienced frontend developer. Experienced technical leadership but bit outdated. Direct involvement in feature development. Good first-year experience.

Outdate technology stack and development tools Risk of skill stagnation due to legacy technologies. Very limited code quality control measures A large amount of technical debt accumulation. Rushed development cycles in every sprint. Hardcore favoritism, meaningless and poor decision making. Poor UI/UX planning and development.

Company culture very toxic. HR is a puppet. People who are there for a long time just surviving on saying yes to yes of management and delibarately create worst situation for lower level employee to save theirself.
