They don't give Appraisal to anyone unless the employee is extremely good at his/her work. Job security is very low in this company. Your employment is terminated anytime even if you complete the task which is assigned to you.

The work culture is excellent. If you really work hard and prove your worth, seniors here will love you and teach you and make you better and make your potentially more worth to access and be a better employee throughout. People here are like family and helpful.

Job security is a bit low here because if the company does bad, they need to restructure and that might take away your job. Other than that there isn't anything else

Good for people who enjoy office politics and putting other people down to rise high. People will steal the credit of your work. Extremely toxic work environment. The office is not for hardworking and honest people. HR is a rude person who is busy bothering a targeted list of people instead of doing actual work, and often comes up with false accusations on innocent people and fires people on false grounds when he personally dislikes them.
