...ely depends on the team and the manager. Senior management never look into this. Compensation also varies within the same grade. A newly recruited person might get more than the existing employees of the same grade even with a lesser experience. Also compensation is not distributed as per the experience. They mention about benchmarking and normalising the compensation across grades but it vary largely. Sudden change in hierarchy without any announcement affect the promotions of the existing employees. For example, senior lead was introduced suddenly between lead and manager which slow down the growth of lead who already joined the company with the promise of the next grade as manager. People at senior management level like directors doesn't meet the expectations and some don't do any work at all. They don't review or layoff such non performance directors as most of the VPs are in UK and they don't know the actual contributions of the directors. Learning is limited only with their two products.

...ion progress and plans with everyone in the organization on regular intervals. Monitory benefits and perks - GC gives better pays and hike which will be as per market or a level above the market which keeps us motivated.

...r utilization or resource and helps in achieving upcoming business challenges. Leave policy - Other than national holidays (26th Jan / 15th Aug) we don't get mandatory leave or double pay however for other Indian holidays (Festival holidays / state holidays). Also in other MNC's employees get benefits of UK holidays (Bank holidays / Boxing day) but we get only Christmas and new year.

Employee Friendly culture. Pre-covid it was even better. Micromanagement is very minimal. A lot of managers are really good and caring and have genuine concerns for your growth.
