Some of the SKUs have biased and crook managers at the higher level. Promotion policy of the company is best but owing to the rude attitude of the Managers, Promotion policy is not fair.

No job security, they removed employees as per their needs without prior intimation and they took decision against employees without asking them. Lots of politics played by senior level management. Unprofessional behaviour

...a they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.

In Glenmark Nashik plant. You can experience working in most of dosage form which will help to get knowledge expansion. There is no restriction in learning in new department other than assign dept.

...need to wait for that. From company very less facility were provide to employee. In name of Cost cutting so much discomfort was faced by employee.

The company culture is good facility is good, time of working is good, salary and benifits are good..

Dislikes

SAP, Finance, Master Team, & distribution teams has lots of unidentified process. Which takes lots of time and no helpful team to support.
