If one can manage his superior well, he/she will have excellent work life balance & he/she will continue to get good appraisal & regular promotion.

Dislikes

... Only results matter & no one ask for & check for the processes followed or not. People coming from other organization are given higher package, but the internal employees are not sufficiently taken care off. There-fore there is nothing like loyalty for the organization & people leave after gaining experience within 3 to 5 years. There is always a crisis of 2nd rung of leadership.

Terrible , I mean I couldn't believe at the age of 54 years the GSK mg-mt will behave the way the have

All teammates were opportunist , training was good, 0 job security, 0 career growth opportunity, salary okay/ appraisal, bad process, traveling okay, Too much politics, good learning, No workable environment now, innovative idea's not accepted positive-lively by the mg-mt, work life balance not good it almost zero

There is salary issue even after spending ample of years in the company. Carrier growth opportunities are very less where a individual works for many year in same designation for long time ,no one guides or show the path towards the goal.

Corporate culture is great and very matured for employees

Currently some of the department are facing cost cutting & outsourcing issue due to which existing employees are seeing cut in employee benefits and perks especially if u r support staff

...for almost 4 year but I as per my experience it is horrible in all parameter....They took dicision within 1 minute to kickoff there employee with only 2 month salary any time.. they took decison to close the division within 1 minute and click off there employee ....Whatever is your situation......They don't care about it....You gives your golden period to organisation but they don't care......worst experience with gsk..... क्या सोचकर जॉइन किया था....और क्या निकला....😢
