Company gives good pay as compared to others in industry and provides multiple upskilling opportunities.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, no work life balance at all. Work for 10+ hours in office plus additional documentation work at home daily and weekends to meet deadlines. Managers constantly force to deliver more even after being over-worked. Increment is in single digit which does not beat inflation.

I think the company should focus more on their employees in going forward and should not play any politics about the employee.

working environment is superb..salary hike is happend in every year with basis of perfoemance. easy to work.. flexible posting.. product knowledge and trainning procedure also very good..

The company is renowned FMCG.. I feel proud to had a work experience in such big company.. I learned a lot there and my colleagues were very supportive and helpful

Good Compensation and benefits. Opportunities to switch roles internally into diverse roles, Brand value.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic. Cannot grow here without viability at Director level. Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success. Need more dynamic managers/ leaders who prioritize company growth beyond their growth and visibility.
