...k life balance, great processes & standards. Fantastic on Ethics & value system. Good pay master. Very transparent organization. Pay considerations to compliances & Zero tolerance to unethical practices.

Heights of Micro Managing at all levels & lack of planning, many concerns doesn't get resolved until they have taken a big shape. Poor planning. Many things revolves not as right way or wrong way but "my way". Qualified people will get frustrated as they will end up feeling becoming a follower & will never be able to learn risk taking & making mistakes & learning from them.

...ob is fairy distributed among employees which results in good work life balance. The compensation and benefits are as per market standard. One may have good work satisfaction here.

As GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare limited is having few manufacturing units in ISC , career growth opportunities are limited .

Work life balance and good salary. But that's not the key for longevity.

.... People feel unsecured and lack of recognition. Politics at the highest degree. You will not get any job outside since your salary is high

Healthy work atmosphere with minimum work load with good support with the management, was able to maintain work life balance

Salary part was not that satisfactory, people who are outsourced has no benefits compared to direct employees

This company is very good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
