...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year....

We have nice and experienced trainers. Very friendly environment. I like the programmes conducted by the company. There is no politics behind us.

Compensation is average, but work is high. Sometimes I don't get my leaves approved and have to work on week off too. And the manager don't value the unique strengths of an individual.

...ning is very good in gj solutions. But, job security is less. No carrier growth. Salary very less, there is also of politics also b/w TL & employers- itzz very disgusting...... Overall itz not a good experience to me

*Supervisor here target employee & shout and treat them so worse * Even after shift timings if we don't reach ACHT superiors will ask to work for 30 mins more * Too much call flow everyday * We have to reach office before 30 mins and leave after 30 mins * They don't provide any leaves Upto 1st three months and even after that it's really hard to get leave even for 1 day. *We only have 1 Week off per week that too it'll be decided by team leader he'll give weekoff whenever he wants not when we need. *They will not approve resignation. We have to work like a labour literally *They don't provide relieving/experience letter if we work less than 8 months. *The supervisor will remove emergency breaks. To be honest even for washroom we have to ask their permission and go only whenever they permit to go.

Nothing waste company and waste staff!! I my self joined to this company on 3-3-22..10 days training and worked for 43 days till yesterday and got only 3000 rupees ...Team leader zameer told me that due to ur leaves I my self kept ur salary on hold!!! But last month there was no LOP's of mine!!!

Waste of time such a cheap company! The one who who is close to you the Team leader ZAMEER he himself a cheater!! While joining they don't inform u anything after few days they start saying that you will get half days salary then slowly they start saying that if u take LOP ur salary will be kept on hold! They will inform u this things around next month 1;2:3 date like that! . . Finally I have filled an FIR today I hope what ever happened with me that should not be happened to others!!!
