Teammates are good and cooperative, but the TLs are always playing politics, thats very bad.

...o dont know about html css n all. There is no job security and no career growth. If i m talk about salary , the will give you hard cash if your salary is less than 20k , no pf deduction. You have to work 6 days in a week, there is fix arival timing but no exit timing. You got only 4-5 gusted holiday. In short management is very cheap. No place to work.
