My Fnf salary of 2 month was overdue on 25 April 2022 but company is neglecting emails and calls. Still not got salary after to much of followup and begging.

Dislikes

No support from seniors. Too much overtime without pay. Overload of work and too much pressuring from seniors to complete job.

Average company, suitable for workaholic people as lot of work pressure and no full compensation for overtime work, have to struggle a Lot for salary increment. Unrealistic targets and fixed time given to complete work to achieve incentives also the promotion decided on this factor

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am fortunate that I am a part of a team since 20 years who provide realiable and high quality services to our clients. Our team members got frequent opportunities to travel UK and it give good experience to closely work with foreign personnel. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy. I have seen many employees who left GI and now want to rejoin. I also like the new members training programme

Dislikes

Sometime the work pressure is very high. We need to work on weekend due to urgent assignments.

Good for work experience in UK accounting

I will not suggest any experience person to join GI.Fresher can join for core accounting experience,but there is lots of pressure from senior and top management.Forget about any employee benefits.If by chance company gives any benefit they will take back.
