No increment this year. Incentive has been on very lower side. They will deduct 25% salary from August'20 onward. Quite a few employees have been fired in last 5 months.

...hey will not ask you anything and even protect you. So much of open partiality. If a non lovable employee does a mistakes then they will asl so many questions openly and will taunt you but if a lovable employee does the same mistake then no further questions will be asked and they will say dont worry next time onwards please pay attention Salary is highly worst, and at this salary they want u to work more n more n more

Nothing as far, Only time pass no seriouse work

...r 10th pass can do that work same as matching/Fill ups we did in primary school. - Providing training to future politician, If you are good in politics than you can get a appraisal or bonus, else should be give personal benefits to manager. - New service manager are not competant, got promoted due to boot liking process. - Unskilled labour apart from execption. - There some managers only who can influence the HR team, creating policies like “gudda gudiya ka khel” chal rha ho jaise. - New thing HR recruiter “Nitin Goplani” have own contacts with consultancy, no faire competition during interview, If you are appling through career portal they will not select you. - Even they know that they have unskilled labours thats why not hiring ex employees, reject the application. - Fresher/intern if you dont want to grow please join the company, if main purpose is timepass only, You will have the experience on document but skills same like new service managers🤣🤣.

...ve to answer for every hour and minute. Work-life balance is nil and toxic here. The salary they pay is too low that u would feel that even a labor earns more than u. Leaves u can take if and only if u provide them a backup otherwise, you can't. Yes, jb aap marne wale ho ya hospitalized ho tb koi issue ni leave me then they will manage but apart from that no. Even on public holidays, u have to work if that holiday falls on some deadline time n there is almost all the days are under deadline time depending on team to team. They are making the environment toxic day by day. Here u will be forced to resign if ur manager doesn't likes u or u say no to any command of theirs.

... having affairs with stupid girls and then returning favours by promoting them. No salary hikes.. no diff in work of junior employee to senior employee. Worst people as managers and team lead No bonus .. no gifts and incentives even on big festivals Partiality is at other level
