...it another year to GMU is another tyrannical decision taken by the management. The HR department of this company is completely ignorant about the salary structure and is shielded by the management. At last, the CEO of the company is a good guy who has turned the blind eye to the malpractices that are happening just under his nose.

The intial team who built Getmyuni was super talented, and many have been lucky to learn from the best content and SEO team.

...ieve in micromanagement. There is no growth provided to long standing employees. There have been pay cuts and no appraisals. It’s a rotten system. Has turned into a terrible place to work at.

The team leads are excellent people trying their best to teach their team and help them grow professionally and personally.

...me when the management was highly functional and put the employees' needs first. Now it is just monotonous work with no activities and so not worth the pay.

I worked for 1 month as an intern but they asked me to leave all of sudden . My work was good but due to some bias I was out of the firm.even though I worked as full time intern for 9 hours . And stipend was only 6k. The company is earning more profits but not focussed on employee satisfaction More of bias and using interns for work and paying them lower. Everyone needs career growth and it's very poor. I was in content marketing team. All interns will make mistakes.they have to teach rather dismissing them without giving them a chance. Not everyone is starting for 6k per month. So they better stop underestimating a candidate to some extent. :( I know how much everyday I hurt myself and work for the company.
