The overall experience was bad, because when I first joined there was no structure and micromanagement was rampant. I still believe micromanagement exists at the company. The managers appreciate initiative thinking but its just that, nothing goes forward from there because new ways of content production is something that they do notwant to do, they just want to keep things exactly the same way their competitors do. They also hired one of the worst human beings as a team lead with absolutely no skills in English writing whatsoever who made the lives of everyone at the company a living hell.
