Compensation and growth both are at it's worst. Senior Management is only focused towards personal goals and doesn't value highly performing individuals strengths. Manual time management of employees. Personall relationship and buttering only matters for promotions. Becoming family running private enterprise.

no learning, these days every job requires particular set of skill. Here we didnt learn much on that front. So its a good company for recent passouts or someone looking for good work life balance.

No career path for any of the roles defined in the hierarchy. The company's management has a very orthodox attitude, management and style of working where they do not implement change and also do not consider employees wellbeing. They do not retain employees as a result the hiring is always active and the staff despite working over the clock are not appreciated. The management staff has been here for ages and do not seek any change even at senior levels in US
