There is nothing to like. Every November they layoffs employees. They offered good salary(which end up becoming the reason for layoffs), other then that this company is the worst organization I have seen in my entrire career. If you are the only earner of your family like me please stay away from this toxic organization, otherwise you will end up in despression. Sometime I feel like suing them for making my life and career unstable. They have no clearity where the organization is headed, I joined GEP with high hopes since its a product based organization, I thought work environment will be different, but they are working like any other service based organization. You end up working for long hours also on weekends. Even after giving your more than 100% they will lay you off easily without any prior intimation. They over committed the clients and have set some unrealistic expectation and ends up taking more than what their plates can hold. There are few directors here which I don't know what they are even doing in the organization they are nothing but bunch of clowns. instead of removing employees who are working hard with dedication please remove those higher management clowns. I am highly disappointed with the labour law of our country, these laws are agaisnt employee and for the benefit of toxic organization like GEP who plays with people life and career. I would request anyone reading my comment please start raising your voice against such toxic organization and force our government to make changes in the labour law, if you see the laws in the western country they are for the benefit of employees.

After laying off employee, two days later they threw a lavish parties in 5 stars, they have money for parties and money to pay higher management clowns, but to the ones who are doing the actual work they are kicking them out.

Only salary they paid before month end. Believe many people stay in rented houses. So may be the management is concerned more about the roof than employee growth.

This organisation believes in favoritism. If you are not favorite then they just ask you to leave the organisation. If you try to change anything or implement any rules or regulations...then its guaranteed that you are out of the office. Rules to be followed by only some. Favorites are given the flexibility and liberty as per their wishes. Nobody cares after you joining. Everything you only need to get things in place. Not a tall process oriented. If you are process driven it will be very difficult for you to survive. Lot of dirty politics with toxic people and environment.

Culture is worst in this company. 1. Senior people joins in the meeting and started to scream to the participants 2. Daily 4-5 hours meeting only and then they expect to complete the work immediately. 3. No work life balance is here. 4. No recognition and motivation 5. Not sure how company got 4 star rating. 6. Team is really unhappy working with senior people. 7. Late night work.
