...ole career. The CEO Anand Sathya uses humilating words so people get demotivate. They dont pay after you leave. They are like some local traders with no etiquettes.

...ere else have I found Management to hold such high ethical value as in Geofluid. The salaries are always paid on time no matter what the situation is, and once when one employee's salary was delayed by a day due to technical error, I found the CEO Mr. Anand Sathya call the employee personally and apologize for the delay in salary payment. The Management goes out of the way to listen to the employees and is empathetic to both their professional and family lives. During COVID when many companies let go of their employees, Geofluid never considered doing so even though the workload was lesser and employees were working from home. Despite advise from the HR consultant they even retained non-performers as they did not want the employees to be without salary during a pandemic.

...iew: Regional Head South) when they are under pressure to pull up their socks. The Management needs to axe non-performers rather than reinforce them by paying salary for not performing.

The Genius director 'sathya' , as well as the best manager 'Benson' , will be always there to support you no matter what , salary is on time , on COVID provided full salary without deduction , HR team is supportive .

Only claim related issue , as i use to spend from pocket at my first , but while claiming it my own money got deducted many times ,but it was for me as i am little late while claiming because I prioritised work , Old employees should be given more importance rather than the new employees.
