People working in this company work for more tha offc hrs. But still management is never happy. They humilte staff by yelling..shouting and demotivating. I had rejoined this company after 12years. Work was loaded. But that was never a problem for me.Issue is only with behaviour of management.

For the past 25 years I have been associated with various organizations and their leaders, but nowhere else have I found Management to hold such high ethical value as in Geofluid. The salaries are always paid on time no matter what the situation is, and once when one employee's salary was delayed by a day due to technical error, I found the CEO Mr . Anand Sathya call the employee personally and apologize for the delay in salary payment. The Management goes out of the way to listen to the employees and is empathetic to both their professional and family lives. During COVID when many companies let go of their employees, Geofluid never considered doing so even though the workload was lesser and employees were working from home. Despite advise from the HR consultant they even retained non-performers as they did not want the employees to be without salary during a pandemic....Read More

The Management is too tolerant and lenient towards non-performers. This has had some adverse consequence such as negative reviews about the company from non performers (e.g. recent review: Regional Head South) when they are under pressure to pull up their socks.
