The company GLPIPL has survived for long with many uncertainties for long period and taken care of its employees with very minimum resources in the best possible way. A very caring, pro employee , free culture, and supportive organization.

Dislikes

Pay structure is not on par with the industry for last few years due to the conditions beyond the control of the company.

This is an excellent power generating company in the world, management is very coperative, they never order or force to work instead they motivate and give opportunity to grow ourself. Here we can see highly talented people, 10% of people working in gulf in power sector they are from GentingLanco power Kondapalli, It has latest GE-9FA machines, Here company have many certificates Like ISO 9001,14001,18001,50001 Company follows PCB norms strictly, Here we can see lot of Operation procedures. Overall GentingLanco power is an excellent company .
