Here we can see highly talented people, 10% of people working in gulf in power sector they are from GentingLanco power Kondapalli, It has latest GE-9FA machines, Here company have many certificates Like ISO 9001,14001,18001,50001 Company follows PCB norms strictly, Here we can see lot of Operation procedures. Overall GentingLanco power is an excellent company .

job security is good and not much career growth, appraisal system is also formal not according to the capability. Overall is average
