Genpact is a good company for job security and work culture, we learn new things and gain knowledge on different sub process in accounting and finance. I worked in different process and they helped me to innovate new lean ideas.

Dislikes

Only compensation and benefits to employees is the drawback apart from this Genpact is good company to work.

Likes

The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

Dislikes

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.

Genpact is good but GoDaddy process is gross

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

...pdate bank or PF information correctly, and there is no proper point of contact. Salary in hand and perks offered and actual salary received is in stark contrast, lot of hidden adjustments so if you receive the perks as promised, consider yourself lucky. Employees are restricted from reaching out to HR directly. To sum up, it all depends on the manager
