Genpact is a good company. Although it pays less, but you get to learn alot of things. The trainings they provide is good. There is transperancy.

Dislikes

The pay structure is very less. After some time there is no much training. No basic things provided. Like tea, coffee. You will have to buy it yourself and no water glasses for drinking water.

Work Environment excellent , managers look after their team well, freedom of speech , freedom to wear formal and informal, fun activities while working, huge cafeteria for chilling, appraisals are accordingly.

Dislikes

Salary not decent , no cab facilities in the morning and day, too much cost cutting.

The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

Dislikes

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Managers like sandeep bhati are taking personal vendetta by moving people out of process out of his will rather than based on performance. He is currently manager at crossriver bank transaction monitoring team Too much work pressure Target is set so high so that no one is able to meet expectations We have to work on saturdays and sundays

Some Manager behaviour is not good. I am working here to less salary even in my team same folks also work double of my package with same experience. We work here every day 10 to 12 hours continued without overtime payouts. I don't want to wright here everything.
