Nothing good in my experience. It was good in the past, but now it’s becoming **worse day by day**. I wonder how people are working even more horror than a labor, just because they are jobless and have no other option for their livelihood.

...ll-being. Management, for the most part, is incompetent and lacks basic empathy. Here Manager are like an as****ho*** know nothing than making labor exploitation They expect you to function like robots, pushing you to the edge for a shockingly low salary of just 1.9 LPA. Yes, there’s job security, but what’s the point if the work environment is toxic? People join, regret it almost immediately, and then spend their time planning their resignation. The few decent managers that exist are overshadowed by the sheer number of terrible ones. It feels less like an MNC and more like a chaotic startup where nobody knows what they’re doing, yet they expect employees to go above and beyond for peanuts. The constant micromanagement, lack of appreciation, and toxic atmosphere make this one of the worst places to work. Advice to Management: Start treating employees like humans. A stable job doesn’t mean people will tolerate a toxic work culture. Pay fairly, improve work-life balance, and stop exploiting employees before the company’s reputation sinks further. Bottom Line: You're better off being unemployed than ruining your mental health here. Think twice before joining

Genpact give lots of promotions if performing excellent. Growth is good compare to other organisations. Learning skills are brilliant.

Dislikes

They give promotions but they will not give salary hike if they changed our role in IJP then only role changes but not the salary. This i am not satisfied. No holidays for festivals also if we want to take leave 2 months prior we need to apply that will also sometimes rejected by manager. This two things I dislike about this organisation

Genpact Customer support technician - Bangalore location. Some people are helpful. They will understand the work pressure you are going through and help you. They knows that other senior agents are not working only doing Boot polish to TL but they can't fight the system.

Dislikes

...agents anything because they are friends. People have applied Genpact culture. They will give bonus to their friends agents not everyone and when you will ask for bonus they will try to find your mistakes. Politics is the worst part in Genpact (project - Intel customer support technician role). They will first talk to you very politely then after your training you have to extend your shift hours to work because senior agents were not available.

Only salary gets credited at time apart from it no advantage but for freshers can be a good learning institution , if you are aligned with your leads you will get promoted very soon.

I'm really glad to be part of Genpact as my first company. Here if we work hard then will get monthly incentives, good extra working pay, many learning opportunities and many more.

Upgrade promotion process nothing more.
